The UK government has introduced the ECO4 scheme so homeowners, private tenants and landlords can apply for a government grant. Before anybody living in a property that had solid walls were not eligible for the ECO4 scheme, they missed out on energy savings. ECO4 intends to continue allowing solid wall insulation funding. The UK Government Eco4 Scheme also branches out and includes ECO Scotland and ECO Wales Schemes.
